Clarks Creek Nature Preserve

December 10, 2020:

Even Dreary Days In Nature Are Good for You:

November 27th was an overcast and dreary day here in Charlotte, NC. Nonetheless, I was going stir crazy, and needed to get out of the house and back into Nature.

So I spent the morning at our local Clarks Creek Nature Preserve, which has become one of my “go to” places, helping me to survive the Covid-19 pandemic. As a result, I felt significantly better upon returning home!

Today, to brighten up your day a little, I would like to share a sampling of my favorite images from this outing:

Northern Cardinal; Ruby-crowned Kinglet; Eastern Towhee; Field Sparrow; Blue Jay; Carolina Wren; Tufted Titmouse; Eastern Bluebird; White-throated Sparrow; and a Northern Mockingbird.

Enjoy!

Stay safe and have a great day!
