August 21, 2020:
I spent the first three days of my recent trip to Indonesia in Bali, prior to heading out to West Papua to dive the Bird’s Head Seascape. February 23, 2020, was my first full day in Bali, and it was a fun day of birding around the Ubud area.
My guide was Wayan Sumadi, “Su,” of Bali Bird Walks. Su was thoroughly knowledgeable about the local bird life, as well as many additional aspects of Nature in the countryside around Ubud. She was a delight to spend the day with!
