Lower McAlpine Creek Greenway:
Last Friday, April 5, 2024, I visited the Lower McAlpine Creek Greenway. about a 10 minute drive from my home, hoping to observe and photograph Prothonotary Warblers.
I was not disappointed!
I encountered a very confident and cooperative male Prothonotary Warbler, intermittently preparing a nest box, while apparently awaiting the arrival of his mate!
